Can you upgrade our existing security system?
Yes. We assess your existing CCTV, access control, alarms and intercoms to identify what can be retained, upgraded or replaced. Where equipment is compatible and in good condition, we can often improve your security without replacing the entire system.
Can you service systems installed by another company?
Yes. We service and repair a range of commercial security systems installed by other providers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We first check the equipment, system access and parts availability, then explain your options for maintenance, upgrades or monitoring.
Do you work with builders, electrical contractors and property managers?
Yes. We work with builders, electrical contractors and property managers on commercial fit-outs, new developments and existing properties. We assist with security pricing, system design, installation and commissioning, coordinating our work with other trades and project requirements.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Send us your site location, the services you need, details of any existing equipment and your preferred timeframe. Photos, floor plans or tender documents are helpful but not essential. We’ll review your requirements, arrange a site visit where needed and explain the proposed scope and pricing.
